No. All of my products contain dairy.

Yes. I make them by request. There are no regular menu items at the moment.

The carrot cake, german chocolate cake and turtle cheesecake contains tree nuts (pecans). My peanut butter cake contains peanuts. If products can be made without nuts that can be accommodated by request.

No. I like for my cakes to be totally edible and taste good. Fondant tends not to be appetizing and just for looks.

All products are made-to-order and depending on the size of the order, made the day before delivery. Most products will stay fresh for a day or so in their box. If they are transferred to an air tight container, they may stay fresh for up to one week.

Picking up your products a day before you plan to serve them will be just fine.  Just store them in their box at room temperature, or in the fridge if the weather is very warm.

You may refrigerate your cake/cupcakes if you want to. When storing in the fridge, always allow it time to come back to room temperature before serving. Please note that for large cakes this can take several hours for it to come back to room temperature. Also be careful with powerful smells that might seep into your cake while in the fridge.

  1. Fill out the order form and submit it. 
  2. You will receive an email confirmation that your order was received. 
  3. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an invoice with payment information and order details by email.

Or If your order date was not available, you will receive an email with options to try to accommodate you.

A minimum of three (3) days. Depending on the size of the order, more time will be needed. 

A minimum of fourteen (14) days. Less time may be needed depending on order needs.

It’s advisable to give as much notice as possible. Please understand that depending on what is needed and the size of your order, time is needed to be able to get all necessary ingredients/materials. If not given enough notice, your order may be turned down.

***For weddings and other large events, 30 days at the minimum is needed.

I will try to accommodate last-minute orders whenever I can depending on the order and my schedule; if you have a cake or cupcake emergency and need an urgent order please call or text 615-339-3640 and I’ll do my best to help if I can.

**A rush order fee will be applied to your order if it is possible to complete. Fees start at $5 and depend on the size of the order.**

No, not at this time. That is something that is being worked on for the future.

The best place to put your cake is in the trunk of your car on a flat surface. If your trunk is full, put the cake on the floor of the passenger seat or on the floor behind the passenger or driver’s seats. Do not travel with the cake on your lap or unsecured on the seat of your car. The cake needs to remain on a flat surface and you don’t want the box falling over or accidentally squeeze your box if someone stops short.
